Here is my question:
I am a 54 year old female. I have MS and was diagnosed 19 years ago with no optic neuritis. Am I a good candidate for lasik eye surgery? I have glasses 1.75 diopter for far seeing.
Your diagnosis of MS should have no effect on your ability to have LASIK surgery.
If your refract error is only 1.75 diopter than you probably are a very good candidate for LASIK; however you will need to discuss that further with an ophthalmologist who specializes in LASIK surgery.
