I have had MS for 15 years and no episodes for 10 years, but since April I have had tingling and numbness on complete right side head to toe. But more so in right hand/arm. Only vitamin D for meds right now, so not a side affect problem. Is there something I can do to help along recovery while I wait for a doctors appointment in 2 months? And, would this be permanent?
It certainly sounds like the numbness and tingling on your right side that began in April could represent an MS relapse. We usually do not treat MS relapses after a month unless the symptoms continue to progress. Most MS relapses spontaneously improve within 3 to 6 months. You definitely need to get in to see your MS Specialist.
