Here is My Question:
Does drinking collagen affect MS in any way?
Drinking collagen should not harm or help MS. This mostly gives your body extra hydroxyproline, the main amino acid component of collagen. Hydroxyproline is not an essential amino acid for your diet, meaning you do not need to supplement your diet for your body to make adequate amounts to meet your daily needs.
